Dawn was professional, friendly & honest. I walked in & showed her a picture of a hair color I was trying to achieve. She cut a strand of my hair & tested it & that same day, she sent me the results. A few days later, Robin applied the color. Robin was great. Lori washed, toned & straightened my hair. All the ladies were awesome. I went in with black hair, not sure how it would turn out but they all made me feel comfortable & delivered great results! If you’re looking for a hair salon, Dawn’s Hair Design is the place to go! Charlene did an amazing job on my hair!! She was so caring, compassionate and makes you feel heard. She really cares about her clients and did an amazing transformation of my hair. Found Dawn's by a google search "hair salons near me." What a lucky find! Dawn's website drew me in first. It presents her studio's work for young and old, conservative to trendy, male and female. From our first contact Dawn (by phone - yes she does all...answers the phone!) was warm and welcoming. I was looking for a colorist and she exceeded my expectations. Before my appt I sent her pics of what I was looking to have done. When I got to my appt, we went right to figuring out how we were going to get close to those pictures. When she finished and took the pictures of the results, I didn't believe it was my hair! I had given up on getting a result I would be happy with, but Dawn made me a believer! She is a gem and genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in her work and the atmosphere she creates for her clients. Her joy at making her clients happy and beautiful is infectious!
